Travel


We all take photographs while travelling - photography as a means to record momentous events, such as holidays, is a tradition that dates back to the nineteenth century.

With these pictures, I have looked for more than the obvious, capturing the more enigmatic, sometimes amusing, spirit of the place. 

The photographs were taken mostly in New York, during an internship with an ex-pat British photographer working there, and Paris, while visiting an old friend.
